By Road

The M3 and M27 provide easy access from London and the South East and the M40 and A34 provide good access from the Midlands, The A35 links Southampton and Lyndhurst with Christchurch and continues through the town to Bournemouth. From Lyndhurst on the A35, exit the second roundabout left to Highcliffe Road. Take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout follow this road and take the 5th left, turn right and right again.

By Rail

South-West Trains provide a regular rail service between London Waterloo, Southampton, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole and Weymouth. Details can be obtained from National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50. There is a taxi rank at Christchurch Railway station and we are 3 miles from the station.

By Air

Bournemouth International Airport is only 20 minutes drive from the guest house. Flight details can be obtained from Bournemouth International Airport on +44 (0)1202 364000.

By Coach/Bus

Flightlink provide an excellent daily service, from London and Heathrow/Gatwick airports to the Bournemouth Travel Interchange. Connecting bus services from Bournemouth to Christchurch are operated by Yellow Buses and Wilts & Dorset. Route and timetable information is also available from the Christchurch lnformation Centre. By Taxi

Taxi ranks can be found at Christchurch Rail Station, in the High Street opposite the Information Centre and in Bargates (near to the rail station).

The photographs show Avon Beach, only 1 minute from Seawards and a part of our garden. The garden is available for all residents to enjoy during their stay.

We are a non-smoking guest house, however guests may smoke in the garden.
